What should be paid attention to when using biological microscope?

1. Strengthen the sense of responsibility, develop the habit of taking good care of the instrument, and strictly follow the operation rules.

2. When taking out and placing the biological microscope, one hand must hold the mirror arm and the other hand should hold the mirror base. It is forbidden to walk with one hand.

3. Do not disassemble any part of the microscope.

4. During microscopic examination, the sitting posture should be upright, natural and comfortable, and both eyes should be opened for observation at the same time, which is conducive to drawing and reducing eye fatigue.

5. For each microscopic examination, regardless of the size of the object, the order must be low power first, then high power, and finally oil immersed lens.

6. In macroscopical examination, it is necessary to observe the rising of the stage and turn the coarse adjustment screw at the same time, and then observe and lower the object image of the stage in the eyepiece. When using high power mirror and oil immersion mirror, never turn the coarse adjustment screw.

7. To observe the specimen with water or other liquid medicine, it is necessary to add a cover glass, and use filter paper to absorb the water or liquid around the cover glass to avoid contact with the microscope.

8. All parts of the biomicroscope must be kept clean. The optical system part should not be wiped by hand, cloth, coarse paper, etc., but must be gently wiped with lens wiping paper. If dust is accumulated in the optical part such as lens, it is necessary to use ear washing ball to absorb dust before wiping, and if necessary, slightly dip some xylene for wiping. Metal and other mechanical parts with dust, can be wiped with gauze.

9. After the biomicroscope is used, the objective must be removed. Make the two high and low power lenses face forward in the shape of "eight", and then take out the film. Unplug the power supply, put it back in place and cover the protective cover.
