I. light source system
Configuration of excitation light source:
1. Uniform and strong light source: 1 × 24 Ⅵ 150W tungsten halogen lamp is equipped with special cooling fan, condensing lens and heat insulation glass;
2. Ultraviolet short wave: 254MM: 1 × 10W, visible fluorescence;
3. Ultraviolet long wave: 365nm: 1 × 10W, visible fluorescence;
4. Visible side light: 1 × 50 stomach, which can detect infrared absorption and reflection. The lamp holder can be adjusted at any angle to detect indentation;
6 perspective UV lamp: 2 × 10W, printing ink;
7. Perspective white light: 2 × 20, can detect watermark;
8. For the excitation filter of the light source, the band-pass filter with high transmittance and narrow half width is adopted, which is 000mm, 365m, 450nm, 465nm, 515nm, 530nm, 565mm, 580nm and 900mm.
9. Receiving filter: 000nm, 415nm, 450nm, 565mm, 700nm, 720nm, 740nm, 800nm, 900nm cut-off long wave pass filter.
II. Image receiving system
1. The sensitivity camera is a 1 / 300 color camera with a resolution sensitivity of 0.0001lux. It has high resolution and sensitivity to near infrared and visible spectrum.
2. The relative aperture of the electric zoom lens is 1.2, and the aperture, focusing and zoom (1 ^ 30 ×) are all electrically adjusted.
III. image processing software
1. The storage / printing function can store all the images and data obtained by the document detector in the inspection process, and can cooperate with the printer to print out the required images.
2. The comparison function can compare the two detected images in horizontal and vertical direction by splicing or heavy silkworm comparison; static image and dynamic image can be compared in real time.
3. The gray value measurement can measure the gray value of any designated point or area in the image. In addition, the gray level change under each detection condition can be displayed in the form of curve. This method is especially helpful to identify the tiny gray differences between different characters in the image formed by the detected files.
4. Automatic depth of field synthesis and fuzzy image processing.
5. Dynamic blur processing, geometric correction of deformed image and fast image processing.
6. It can be used for reflectance and absorbance measurement, image measurement and annotation, seal backbone extraction, curve and linear image shaping, direction cutting comparison, image ghosting and other image processing.
IV. main functions
1. A variety of excitation light and receiving filter combination test the fluorescence difference of different inks.
2. The combination of reflection light source and receiving filter is used to test the absorption and reflection difference of different ink to different wave band light.
3. The combination of reflected light source and receiving filter is used to test the effect of different band infrared light on different ink penetration.
4. The combination of transmission light source and receiving filter is used to test the effect of different band infrared light on different ink penetration.
5. Irradiate the document in the way of side light grazing incidence, and check whether the document is scratched or cut.
6. The transmission light source irradiates the document from the bottom to the top, and inspects the trace of the document being cut and patched.
